field day is a small indie clothing label born out of Oakland California. field day's inception was inspired by the grotesque amounts of textile waste, sweat shops, and cookie cutter designs. We are striving to change the "fash-shun" industry one garment at a time. Our mission is to work and play with similarly minded designers to create an ecologically friendly, handmade, unique and beautiful world. Striving to minimize textile waste by offering wearable works of art as an alternative to mass produced and sweat shop labored clothing. As an independent clothing label, we hope to demonstrate the true value of locally hand made goods using sustainable materials, while keeping products accessible to a wide market.

field day offers wearable's made from recycled materials, bamboo and organic cotton all made, printed and dyed one at a time right here in California.

Trinity Cross field day's creator is also the co-founder of the patchwerk press collective, a family of designers and printers bringing recycled wears to the people, with live printing, live sewing, and recycled fashion shows. Patchwerk joined forces with the rock paper scissors collective and moved the print shop to a new location in West Oakland to host classes and werkshops on how to screen print. We also have all the equipment needed for artists to burn and print their own designs.
